Well Donna you are with people who loved you while you were here. And now the ones left behind can still have memories. So sad it had to be this way- darn cancer! But you were so tough until God said come home and you did. Love you always!

I am really going to miss this girl. I've known her my whole life. I was born 20 days before her and we shared the same crib and probably same bottle at times. She could be cranky and honery at times but boy she had a bit heart and would do anything to help someone if she could. And this battle with "earl" her cancer as she called it was a fight to the bitter end. 5 years of chemo and radiation non stop. Not many people could put up with that for as long as she did. She impacted the lives of all of us with her courage and bravery as she fought this. They broke the mold when she came out. I will miss her phone calls, her texts, her laugh, her FB game challenges, but mostly that little giggle she made you first talked to her. She will be layed to rest next to the spot that I will eventually end up at. When I told her that in July when we visited the cemetary it would be on one condition - that she would behave. What are the odds of that happening? Donna, Lil D, Dunna you will be missed by more people than you could of every imagined. You got your angel wings first. We will see you on the other side someday..

We are so very sorry to hear of Donna's passing. What a trooper she was! In spite of all she was going through, she was always remembering others and sending positive messages, pictures, etc., to make your day more cheerful. You are in our thoughts and our prayers!

My Aunt Donna pretty much never held anything back. She reminded me that we don’t have to ignore our inner voice and we can say whatever we want. I loved this about Donna and how she was straight up on all things. Miss you and very happy that you are now without pain.
